Let your dog get comfortable and sniff around the salon while we talk about your grooming goals. Before starting anything, we’ll do a quick health check to be aware of skin issues or sensitive areas.
We use a pH-balanced shampoo to take care of your fur baby’s skin and coat. The water temperature is always right! Warm enough to be cozy, but not too hot. During the bath, we give extra attention to those often-overlooked areas like between the paw pads and under the tail.
After the bath, we wrap your dog in a fluffy towel for an initial pat-down. Then, we use low-noise dryers to keep stress levels down. For long-haired doggos, we gently brush out any tangles as we dry. We also use detangling sprays as needed to keep the process comfortable..
Here’s where the magic happens! Whether it’s a simple trim or a full-on haircut, we take our time to ensure every snip is just right. We use high-quality and well-maintained tools to ensure your dog’s comfort. For anxious dogs, we take frequent breaks and offer lots of praise and reassurance.
Remember: we only go as far as your dog is comfortable with—their well-being always comes first!
We carefully trim nails, clean ears, and tidy up paw pads. If your pup needs a sanitary trim, we do that too. For sensitive or delicate spots, we use specialized, rounded-tip scissors for extra safety.
Before you see your fur baby, we do one last brush-through. Then, We’ll add a spritz of doggy cologne (if you’re okay with that.) When you arrive, we’ll summarize what we did during the grooming session and any recommendations. And of course, your dog gets a treat for being such a star!
